I really liked this Puzzles, especially if the Clues were really enough to solve everything. And these have partly real Depth and claim the grey Cells. One Consolation is that perhaps Half of the Puzzles are actually solvable without guessing. So I can always solve a "Puzzle" and have no Sense Of achievement. But This devalues the Power of having solved a Mystery. Nothing Hurts either, because if the Field is not blue, it is just black and I will move on. If I Don't get any further, I just try it out.
#Hexcells plus solutions plus
This is the Essence of a Logic Puzzle.Īccording To this, Hexcells Plus is just an inconsequential Pastime. Interested Parties certainly know the Logic Puzzles from various Magazines and you just don't have to guess with the high-quality ones.

If I'm still wrong, I'll take the Review back here.

Rates! In a pure Logic puzzle! I don't use Exclamation Points in a Review otherwise, but here. The Puzzles (if properly designed) were clearly more challenging than in Part 1 (Hexcells), so I felt really well entertained.īut where I think in the 1 Part you could still solve all the Puzzles without guessing, I know here for sure with some and with many I am pretty sure that in some places one can only get ahead by guessing. And you don't have to have played the Predecessor to understand the "Story" of the Successor, either. And if you only like to solve Logicals in Magazines in the Approach or like to play a Game of Minesweeper, you can also access here without hesitation, especially at a Price of almost €3. Verdict: Anyone who liked Hexcells gets fair puzzle boost in Customary Quality with Hexcell's Plus. This new Game element makes the later Puzzles quite more challenging, because in places you can only get to the Solution by combining several Hints. This Number indicates how many blue Fields are present within a 2 Witch fields. In order to avoid getting into Situations where only guessing would help, there are blue Fields with a number as new Clues. So there are black Fields that only one? So you don't know how many blue Fields there are around. There are, however, two Innovations, and these concern the Solution Aids. In addition, there are sometimes Indications how many blue Fields are on a Line or whether the blue Fields are contiguous or distributed-x. Just like in Minesweeper, the Number in a black Field indicates how many of the maximum six adjacent Fields are blue. In order to make the right Selection, there are various Auxiliary Information with which the Witch fields are marked accordingly in a logical Exclusion method. There are again 36 (of course other) Puzzles whose orange Fields in minesweeper style have to be marked blue (left Mouse button) or black (right Mouse button).

Actually, I could write exactly the same thing at This Point as I Did in my review of Hexcell's Predecessor, because In the End Hexcells Plus is absolutely identical to its Predecessor.
